KLMS — Kevin’s Learning and Mentorship System
A personal AI operating system for one Principal (Kevin Wong), combining an org-as-code agent workforce with an intranet portal and a dual-flywheel YouTube + learning platform venture. The system ideates and incubates ventures, mentors them through phase gates, and runs day-to-day operations — all orchestrated by a roster of Claude Code agents.
This repository also serves as a reusable template. The agent org, Golden Rules, archive system, and HR policies are portable scaffolding; project content (e.g.
docs/concept.md,history/chronicle.md) is replaced per new repo. SeeTEMPLATE.mdto instantiate a new repository.

The organization
See ORG.md for the authoritative org chart (currently v13).
The structure is: Principal → Personal Assistant (staff) + three C-suite
clusters (COO · CPTO · CGEO) + six direct-to-Principal units (Rules &
Governance · Human Resources · The Archives · Documentation · Finance · Legal &
Compliance). Each role is a standard Claude Code subagent under
.claude/agents/. In an interactive Claude Code session they
can be invoked directly (e.g. @historian tell our story in one line).
Using this as a template
This repo’s scaffolding — agents, Golden Rules, the archive system, and HR
policies — is reusable. The project-specific content (docs/concept.md,
history/chronicle.md, and the project/principal names) is what each new repo
replaces. See TEMPLATE.md for the step-by-step.
