What this is

A self-organizing company of Claude Code agents that doubles as a reusable ideator · incubator · builder · operator template. The org/docs layer is Markdown + Git; the first product slice is the intranet (intranet/).

How it works

Org: units + roles in ORG.md; rules in CLAUDE.md (Golden Rules); policies + handbook in hr/; the versioned record in archive/.
Flow: the Standard Flow (docs/methodology.md) — Ideate → Plan → Build → Grow → Operate, entered via a JSON ideation spec or direct chat (GR-5).
Day to day: the operating model in docs/operations.md (session open → work → close).
