Decisions Captured (GR-6)

  1. Canon program complete. 43/43 agents are certified conformant. T1 agents carry full canon (versioned prompt, charter, TOOLSPEC denylist, two-tier eval). T2 agents carry canon-lite (sidecar scaffold, Mode-A audit). The fleet is in a known, auditable state.

  2. Workflow automation pattern established. The canon-upskill-cycle*.js orchestration scripts (scaffold generator + batch subagent dispatch) are a reusable pattern for future agent onboarding rounds. No manual per-agent work required for the standard upskill path.

  3. Dependabot batch merged. PRs #119–#122 (4 dependency bumps) merged as session-close housekeeping. Dependency baseline is current.

  4. Notion/chatter daily-report publisher wired (#128). The daily-report publisher is connected; chatter pipeline is unblocked pending operator secrets (R-001 below).
