Session Close — 2026-06-03 (ai_inc restructure)

By the Personal Assistant. 2026-06-03T17:30Z · 17:30 ET. Next session: start here.

What this session accomplished

  1. Restructured to ai_inc/ pattern — moved from AI_Inc_Template monorepo to C:\Users\kwong318\GitHub\ai_inc\ numbered-folder layout.
  2. Cloned KLMS → ai_inc/000_template — canonical reusable template source.
  3. Neutralized 000_template (PR #86, merged ca6483c on kevinvwong/KLMS):
    • ~400 files updated — all KLMS/Kevin/kevinvwong/kwong318 identity replaced with {{PLACEHOLDER}} tokens
    • Archive first/ + latest/ hashes rebaselined (206 hashes via scripts/rebaseline-manifest.mjs)
    • KLMS-specific reports, reviews, specs cleared
    • Chronicle, concept, changelog reset to blank stubs
    • BOM stripped from package.json, Astro {{}} parse error fixed, dead-link allowlist updated (27 deleted report paths)
    • CI passing on 000_template/main

Final state

Item State
ai_inc/000_template Clean, main @ ca6483c, CI green
AI_Inc_Template Still exists — safe to delete
PR #86 Merged

Open items for next session

  1. Delete AI_Inc_Template — C:\Users\kwong318\GitHub\AI_Inc_Template is stale; delete once comfortable 000_template is authoritative.
  2. Stand up first instance — clone 000_template, rm -rf .git && git init, run bash scripts/setup.sh with real project values, push to new GitHub repo.
  3. Fix core.autocrlf — set globally or add .gitattributes to avoid CRLF phantom diffs on Windows (caused repeated merge/rebase friction this session).
  4. Update Claude memory — project memory paths still reference AI_Inc_Template.

Key facts

  • Template lives on kevinvwong/KLMS GitHub — 000_template is a local clone
  • New instances: clone 000_template, reinit git, run setup.sh, push to new repo
  • CI branch trigger pattern: feat/** and claude/** (not chore/**)
  • scripts/rebaseline-manifest.mjs — Node.js script to rebaseline archive hashes (useful after bulk content changes)
