Status

The org is stable and operational. Yesterday’s two sessions were productive: the founding round (2026-05-30) established the org skeleton, and the 2026-05-31 late session expanded the workforce to 31 agents across 18 units plus C-suite cluster heads, offboarded the Mentor role, and completed two passes of GitHub hygiene on the repo.

Intranet: deployed on Vercel (main branch); PRs #1–#9 processed, #1/#5–#9 merged, #4 deferred (Astro 5→6 migration).

On Deck

  • Ideate gate — inject the JSON ideation spec (from the monorepo) to formally begin the Ideate phase of the Standard Flow.
  • GitHub hygiene — close-out: update docs/github-hygiene-plan.md to mark completed items from both passes; retire the document once done.
  • Release workflow: scaffold release.yml for automated GitHub Releases.
  • Archive milestone snapshots: first real snapshot pending the next milestone (slots exist, still .gitkeep).
  • Label consolidation: legacy flat labels (bug, enhancement) still coexist with the new type:* taxonomy; consolidation pass needed.
  • Notion Agents registry sync: 25 entries in Notion reflect the stack-agents fleet (May 27). The KLMS-native agents hired on May 30–31 (30 total in ORG.md + Innovation Lead legacy) are not yet in Notion. A sync pass is needed.
