  • Founded the organization from an empty repo; captured and protected the founding concept.
  • The Archives — verbatim, checksum-verified versioned archive (first / latest / milestones); 41 documents, integrity clean.
  • Org & units — Principal; The Archives, Rules & Governance, Human Resources, Documentation; plus a Personal Assistant, a Historian, and External Review Partners (retained advisor) who delivered a 360° review.
  • Rules — Golden Rules GR-1…GR-6 (best model · use CC workflows · co-create rules · needs-analysis-before-tooling · two-entry-points · capture-decisions-before-close).
  • Policy library — staffing, job descriptions, communication, background agents, operating cadence, confidentiality; employee handbook; complete JDs for every employee.
  • Template — positioned as an AI business ideator, incubator, builder & operator; genericized scaffolding + one-command instantiation.
  • Standard Flow — docs/methodology.md: Ideate → Plan → Build → Grow → Operate, with design research at the core; entered via a JSON ideation spec (from the monorepo) or direct chat. Draft spec staged at specs/ideation-spec.draft.json.
  • Acquisition — absorbed stack-agents’ lifecycle commands (/agents:hire|train|review|combine|fire|sync).
  • Operations — SessionStart/SessionEnd hooks; daily briefing + day’s report posted to Notion (Atlanta / ET); coverage map of standard business functions; hardened hiring + onboarding.

Decisions captured (GR-6)

Entry points (GR-5), needs-analysis is for agent tooling (GR-4), tooling deferred, daily reports → Notion at ET times, MCP in-session / Notion API unattended, personal info PA-only — all now in rules / policies. The work was then merged to main.

Outstanding

  • Inject the real JSON ideation spec (from the monorepo) to begin Ideate.
  • Define milestones; wire Notion/automation secrets; run /agents:sync live.
  • Merged to main (5d35da3); set main as the repo default in Settings.
