Open

• [ ] Review the canon (docs/canon.md) — you’re a top expert; stay current.
• [ ] Verify the record: ./scripts/archive-manifest.sh verify (expect 0 drift).
• [ ] Write/refresh the briefing (status · on deck · open threads · what changed).

Close

• [ ] Write the day’s report (accomplished · decisions · outstanding).
• [ ] Capture decisions → their one home (GR-6); learnings → docs/knowledge/.
• [ ] Hand changed docs to the Archivist; ./scripts/archive-manifest.sh update.
• [ ] Commit, push, and fast-forward main.
