ADR-0003: Two entry points only (ideation spec / direct chat)

Guide

ADR-0003: Two entry points only (ideation spec / direct chat)

  • Status: Accepted · Date: 2026-05-30 · Rule: GR-5

Context

A venture needs a well-defined way to begin so the Standard Flow has a clean seed.

Decision

A venture is entered only via (a) an injected JSON ideation spec (sourced from the monorepo), which seeds Ideate, or (b) direct chat. No other entry points. Contract draft: specs/ideation-spec.draft.json.

Consequences

  • Predictable initiation; the monorepo owns initial ideation.
  • Codified as GR-5; this ADR records the rationale.
